Community Group Events

The average Canadian graduate starts their career with $26,000 in debt.
Meanwhile, $10 million dollars in scholarships go unclaimed in Canada every year.

Why?

Because the scholarship process is confusing, convoluted, and time-consuming.

This means that it gets overwhelming for young people.
They often don’t know where to start, how to plan, what they need to win, or how to write a strong application.

Our Community Group presentations provide youth with a roadmap for achieving scholarship success.

“The webinar was very informative and organized. The information was helpful and brought up interesting strategies that I had not thought of myself.”

“I was confused about quite a few things regarding scholarships and this really helped… Thanks again, very informative and well done!”

“They gave information which we grade 12’s actually want!”

“…it was amazing to have such friendly people talk about such a scary and frightening topic for students and this helped me understand a lot.”

All events are currently held online, in live, dynamic, interactive sessions for your group.

We’ll share knowledge on topics such as:

  • How to successfully find and win scholarships
  • Creating a framework to prioritize your applications and meet deadlines
  • The difference between academic, athletic, and merit scholarships
  • Navigating the university admissions process
  • Financial planning for post-secondary

For sports associations, we also cover:

  • Why student-athletes make great scholarship candidates
  • How athletes can avoid missing out on external scholarship opportunities
  • How to leverage sports experience to write compelling applications beyond athletic awards

Your youth will leave the event with concrete next steps in order to plan a winning scholarship strategy.

We have worked with over 2,700 students so far, helping them win over $4,218,000 in scholarships.

“We were pleased to have Madison return to our school to share her experiences and a valuable message for students and their families about the scholarships and bursaries available to graduating students. Both of Madison’s presentations, to students and to parents, were engaging and informative. Her willingness to answer all questions and spend time after the presentations speaking with students and parents individually was very much appreciated. We would be pleased to have her come back again and again!”

“Madison came to North Delta Soccer Club to give a presentation to our senior soccer players. She was very friendly and approachable. She came very well prepared and was professional during the entire presentation. She demonstrated confidence in her presentation. The information she shared was clear and easy to follow. Many of our parents left the meeting very impressed and happy to have had Madison share her advice on how to apply for scholarships, how to write applications and essays. It is without doubt that Madison encouraged our senior players to look for grant opportunities and the tips she gave will surely help our players feel more confident when writing their applications.”
