Paige’s Bio

I am passionate about guiding students to their full potential by sharing my experience in winning over $80,000 in the applications process. I am a mental health advocate and I encourage students to maintain a healthy, balanced life.As a Here4Peers Leader, I have increased mental health literacy for over 240 youth by facilitating interactive workshops in Vancouver schools. I also founded the Be the Change Club at my high school to support vulnerable populations and engage students on social issues. As Club President, I led 105 members over two years in coordinating fundraisers and educational campaigns on the global water crisis, global inequalities in education, and local food insecurity. As a member of the Lieutenant Governor’s Youth Advisory Council of BC, I collaborate with eleven other members to vocalize youth-driven solutions to social issues specifically related to diversity & inclusion, reconciliation, and democracy. Combining my desire to support students with my academic strengths, I founded an academic tutoring business, Tutor with Paige. I am excited to attend the UBC Sauder School of Business this fall.
