Concordia Arts & Science: Overview

Are you looking for a program that is flexible in its learning structure, with an opportunity to explore university life on a shorter-term basis? Are you wanting to get the most you can out of a learning certificate?

Then you should check out Concordia’s Arts & Science program! Keep reading to learn more!

Why choose Concordia Arts and Science?

The Certificate in Arts and Science allows you the opportunity to explore other fields of study, follow a shorter path, and earn university credits outside of a traditional degree.

This program is for a duration of one year, and is on Concordia’s Sir George Williams (SGW) campus!

Those who already hold an undergraduate degree but would like to refresh their knowledge or develop new expertise may be interested in this certificate.

Additionally, students in this program can take courses from up to three different Faculty departments and use their credits toward a Bachelor of Arts or Science degree.

You’ll graduate with a breadth of knowledge informed by an understanding of how your subject connects to the larger world, thanks to Concordia’s emphasis on taking an interdisciplinary approach to your field of study.

You’ll be well-prepared to succeed in a professional role that requires rigorous analytical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to solve problems from different perspectives.
