Residence at McMaster

Located in the heart of Hamilton, McMaster University offers a variety of on-campus residences to suit the needs of all students. McMaster Residences

The McMaster residences are located on the west side of campus and house approximately 1,600 students. The dorms are made up of 13 residence buildings. Each residence has its own unique feel and personality.

For example, Mary Keyes is known for being a tight-knit community, while Les Prince is more laid-back. Regardless of which dorm you choose, you’re sure to find a home away from home. All of the dorms offer great amenities, such as study lounges, laundry facilities, and common rooms. The McMaster student dorms are also conveniently located near all of the academic buildings and the Student Centre.

Graduate Students

Although there are currently no Graduate Residences at McMaster, construction is beginning on McMaster University’s 10 Bay Graduate Residence! More than 600 graduate students and their family members will move into the residence in fall 2023, contributing to the revitalization of the downtown McMaster community.
