Western Financial Aid

Western University is a research-intensive institution, and as such, it offers a wide range of undergraduate and graduate programs. The university has a number of specialized research facilities, which help to attract top scholars from around the world. All of these factors contribute to the high cost of attendance at Western University.

Tuition and fees for full-time students average nearly $14,000 per year, and room and board costs could add another $12,000 to the total. Financial-Need Based Assitance at Western

At Western University, they understand that the cost of tuition and other associated expenses can be a barrier to accessing higher education. That’s why they offer a variety of financial need-based programs and services to help our students succeed.

Their need-based financial aid program is designed to help those with the greatest financial need. They consider a number of factors in determining eligibility, including family income, size of family, and the number of children in college. Students who demonstrate the greatest financial need will be awarded the largest grants. To be considered for need-based aid at Western, you must first complete the FAFSA and submit it to the financial aid office. Once your FAFSA has been processed, you will be notified of your eligibility for need-based assistance.

In addition to their need-based aid program, they also offer a variety of merit-based scholarships. These scholarships are awarded based on a student’s academic achievements and/or involvement in extracurricular activities. Western believes that all students should have access to higher education, regardless of their financial situation.

Western Admission Awards
