Queen’s Commerce Requirements
The Smith School of Business
When it comes to higher education in Canada, there are few institutions who compare to the prestige and quality of a Queen’s Commerce education. It’s like the kids say, “Queen’s is the Dream”. It’s a storied institution with ranks of alumni who have gone on to incredible careers and even shaped much of the world you see today. Among the university’s most elite faculties is the Smith School of Business, which has famous alumni like Elon Musk, the world's richest man who studied business for 2 years at Queen's.
Over 9000 Canadians seek acceptance each year with less than 6% ever making it to the corridors of the historic Goodes Hall. Queen’s Commerce is known to only accept the best of the best. And if you think you’ll skate your way in on good grades, then trust us, those will barely get you a glance from the admissions committee.
Successful students begin preparing for admissions to Queen’s Commerce as early as Grade 8. That’s because it takes years to develop a robust student profile and if you don’t plan things out ahead of time, you might make it to your senior year lacking the resume needed to get in.
